Namaste everyone!

We want our kids to know the importance of sports for their physical health, stress relief and most importantly for having fun! During our PE classes, we let the children try different activities and combine them with games to make it more exciting!

To give everyone some time to relax and rest we decided to have a picnic afterward. We enjoyed our traditional Nepalese Dal Bhat, which is rice with lentil soup and seasonal vegetables. The dish is super healthy and nutritious – you have to try it when you come to Nepal 😉
